Introduction The Christian Organizations Research and Advisory Trust for Africa (CORAT Africa) is a Pan-African, not-for-profit Christian Organization established in March 1975.The original purpose of CORAT of enabling effective leadership,management and accountability of Churches and Church related organizations in a christian and professional way, remains relevant even today. We are located in Karen area next to Catholic University of Eastern Africa.At CORAT, we are called to be 'administers of God's grace' to revive organizations.Professional excellence combined with spiritual passion can go a long way in instigating sustainable change in organizations.It is both and not either or.This organizational is very needed, even for church organizations. |
